With physical health as a vital component of complete wellness, Jerry’s mission of “easy health for all” is based on his ability to get people fit in the fastest, safest, most-effective and most habit-forming ways possible. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Weight Management Consultant and past National Spokesperson for The American Council on Exercise, Jerry has trained clients ages 12-89, ranging from disabled individuals to professional athletes. He is the author of the book, The No-Diet Diet. He has been the Fitness Director for a medical weight loss center. Jerry also teaches numerous weight loss and mind-body-spirit health seminars.
